Method of Payment
Payment in full must be sent with all orders.
You can purchase on-line or over the telephone using Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit/Delta, Maestro, Solo or Electron. For telephone orders ring 01643 707659.
We also accept postal payment by sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank. Cheques should be made payable to Snazaroo and sent to:

Delivery
All purchases made on this site will be dispatched within 48 hours of you placing your order, subject to stock availability, and are sent to UK customers using Royal Mail and to overseas customers using either Royal Mail or an appropriate courier service.
Normally, UK customers can expect their order to arrive within 1-5 working days; European and worldwide delivery times vary depending upon the destination but normally arrive within 10 working days.
Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm and a signature is required when the delivery is made.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are determined by the weight of the order and the destination of the package. Confirmation of delivery costs will be displayed on-screen before you complete your order.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Snazaroo. If, however, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply visit the ‘My Account’ page to request a return and then send the item to us within 14 days of receipt. Providing the item is returned in its original condition, we'll exchange it or offer you a full refund. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage nor can we be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
