Method of Payment
Payment in full must be sent with all orders.
You can purchase on-line or over the telephone using Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit/Delta, Maestro, Solo or Electron. For telephone orders call 01643 707659.
We also accept postal payment by sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank. Cheques should be made payable to Snazaroo and sent to:

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Snazaroo. If, however, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply send the item to us within 14 days of receipt, enclosing details of the reason for the item's return. Providing the item is returned in its original condition, we'll exchange it or offer you a full refund. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage nor can we be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

Xmas Opening Hours & Delivery
UK Mainland Deliveries
Any order placed on the 18th December will be despatched, orders placed after this time may not be despatched until we re-open on the 4th January.
Rest of world Deliveries
If you require your order before Christmas please contact us before placing your order as we have already passed the last delivery dates for some countries.
If you require a guaranteed service for Christmas please contact us before placing your order and we will let you know what options are available.
