Payment in full must be sent with all orders.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Snazaroo. If, however, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply send the item to us within 14 days of receipt, enclosing details of the reason for the item's return. Providing the item is returned in its original condition, we'll exchange it or offer you a full refund. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage nor can we be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

Snazaroo will be closed from 23rd December to 3rd January. Any enquiries sent during this time will not be dealt with until the 3rd January.
UK - Mainland Deliveries
We will be despatching orders up until the 19th December however please note this is not a guaranteed delivery service before Christmas.
If you require a guaranteed service for Christmas please contact us before placing your order and we will let you know what options are available.
Overseas - Deliveries
If you require your order before Christmas please contact us before placing your order as we may have already passed the last delivery dates for some countries.
