These terms and conditions govern Snazaroo Holdings Ltd T/A Snazaroo including www.snazaroo.com and www.snazaroo.co.uk performance relating to the sale and supply of goods to the customer. Snazaroo reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this text page; and the customer is bound by any such modifications or revisions.

www.snazaroo.com and www.snazaroo.co.uk may contain links to other Web sites operated by third parties other than Snazaroo. Such links are provided for your convenience only. Snazaroo does not control such Web sites and is not responsible for their content. The fact that www.snazaroo.com and www.snazaroo.co.uk may contain links to other sites does not mean that Snazaroo approves of, endorses or recommends those sites, nor does it imply any association with their operators.

Contract with customer

The contract between Snazaroo and the customer comes into existence upon Snazaroo acceptance of the customer's order i.e. when creditors account has been debited. Snazaroo is entitled to withdraw from contracts in the case of obvious typographical or arithmetical inaccuracies appearing on Snazaroo Web site.

Pricing and Availability

The prices of the goods are those specified on Snazaroo Web site. The price, as displayed, is inclusive of VAT (at the standard UK rate). There will be an additional charge for delivery within Mainland UK, delivery charges are shown for all other regions. Orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the goods are unavailable, the customer will be notified by Email. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

Delivery of Goods

Snazaroo will deliver the goods ordered to the delivery address supplied by the customer. Availability permitting, all orders paid for by credit card within the UK will be delivered within 1 to 5 working days. Orders paid for by cheque require 3 days for clearance and are then despatched in the same way.

Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm and a signature is required when the delivery is made.

European and worldwide delivery times vary depending upon the destination but normally arrive within 10 working days.

Snazaroo is entitled to deliver in part.

Snazaroo Warranty

If the goods delivered are not what the customer ordered, or are of incorrect quantity, or are damaged or defective, Snazaroo will, if the customer returns them within a reasonable period, at the customer's option either give a full refund or where possible make good any shortage or non-delivery or replace any damaged or defective goods.

Return of goods - 100% money back guarantee.

If for any reason the customer is unhappy with their purchase, they can return it to Snazaroo for an exchange or refund, providing Snazaroo receives it within 30 days from the date of its original receipt by the customer.

Distance Selling Regulations

To cancel, you can Email Customer services, call 01643 707659 or write to us at Customer Services (see contact us for details) within seven working days (so not including Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) commencing the day after the day of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s).

Returned products must be received by Snazaroo in good and resalable condition and all component parts, including any promotional products that may have been included in your purchase. A note explaining the reason for return should also be enclosed. This does not affect your statutory rights. The customer bears the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. (Snazaroo requests that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods and that proof of postage is retained).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts between Snazaroo and the customer will be governed by English Law and all disputes will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
