Step one, creating three balloons on the cheeks using red, yellow, and blue.

STEP 1

Using a brush, paint 3 balloons on the cheek, using red, yellow, and blue paint.

Step two, adding black highlights to balloons to create birthday bunting.

STEP 2

With black paint and a fine brush, add the detail to the balloons and paint 2 lines crossing above the eye. Add some small triangles to the lines to create your birthday bunting.

Final step, adding white and pink highlights to complete Birthday Balloons face paint.

STEP 3

Colour in the bunting with pink and green, and then add some white dashes to each balloon and lots of pretty dots around the bunting using pink and green paint.
