Using black and white, place lines around the prominent places of the face to define your structure.

Use a multi-purpose brush to fill in the eyelids in yellow. Swap to a finer brush to create teardrops with sky blue.

Finally, use the white and the end of a paintbrush to create polka dots, and bright red to fill in the lips, ensuring the lines are sharp with a fine brush. Add any final touches with white. Finish the look off with a colourful hair wrap or bright wig.
