Refunds & returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Snazaroo. If, however, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please get in touch to discuss it or return it to us, telling us the reason for return, within 14 days of receipt. Providing the item is returned in its original, saleable condition within these 14 days, we’ll exchange it or offer you a full refund. Please note that we are not responsible for the return postage or for any items that fail to reach us.
